Protections you’ll waive

Margin and leverage limits
Margin and Leverage Limits are lower than mandated ESMA margins.
Negative balance protection
As you’ll no longer be a retail client, you’ll lose the negative balance protection feature on your account. Margin close out levels may also differ.
Expert knowledge
We will assume you have the relevant knowledge and experience levels to understand the risks in trading leveraged products.
Expert language
We may use more sophisticated language when dealing with you as a Professional Client than we do with our retail clients.

What's the difference between a retail account and FOREX Pro?

Retail accounts offer negative balance protection and lower leverage limits. Professional accounts allow higher leverage, but you waive negative balance protection and your margin close out levels may differ.
