Offer/ask price

The offer price is the price at which you as a trader can buy an underlying asset trading in the market. The offer price is also referred to as the ‘ask’ or the ‘asking’ price.

What is the offer price in a share market?

The offer price in a shares market is simply the price a stock is currently trading at, as opposed to the bid price, which tells you the price of selling a share.
