Fractional pricing is market driven. Using our proprietary rate engine, we aggregate prices from some of the world's leading FX banks, in real-time. Because quotes are derived directly from bank prices, dealing spreads will fluctuate to reflect available forex market liquidity.

FOREX.com offers you the option of trading on fractional or fixed spread pricing. Clients who trade on news or other events may prefer the extra control fixed spread pricing provides. While we strive to offer fixed bid/ask spreads at all times, during occasions of extreme volatility we may temporarily widen spreads to reflect available market liquidity.
